A woman rests her chin on her folded arm and looks straight out of the canvas, her pale gray-green eyes steady, a black fringe cutting across her brow. Her face is modeled in soft, glowing peach against the deep teal behind her, with glossy lips and a few crisp highlights on the nose and cheek. A gold hoop and a stack of rings catch the light, and her olive coat is built from broad, confident, almost abstract strokes.
The palette is restrained, mostly olive, teal, and skin tones, with those warm accents doing the work of telling you where she is and what time it is.
